The project examines my parents’ experience as they try to adapt to the political and social changes of the last 50 years and their relationship becomes a metaphor for the disenchantment defining these decades. The tension between past and present weaves a subtle story, halfway between personal memory and social history. The motivation of this project is based on historical, socio-political, and autobiographical observations.
